Who is Steve Swayze and why use his services?

 Steve moved to Belfast from New York in 1983 and opened the first B&B in Belfast. An avid sailor Steve selected Belfast for it's old world character and easy ocean access. Looking to bring Belfast to the rest of the world, Steve joined the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce and served as its  president in 1984-85. Seeking to become more active in shaping the future,  Steve was elected and served as a Belfast City Councilor from 1990-1991. Steve also began doing real estate title searches for a local attorney in 1986 and simaltaniouly received his real estate license.
